- Only in very exceptional circumstances may you apply to take placement assessments at other times. Otherwise, you are expected to come for assessment at the above times.
- Assessment for courses below Calculus is done using the online ALEKS Placement, Preparation and Learning system. You should enroll for that as far in advance as possible, so that you can prepare and practice for the assessment. If that is not possible, please still come to your assessment. You can enroll at that time.
- Visit the webpage www.miu.edu/mathplacement for more information about topics to review to prepare for the proctored ALEKS PPL math placement assessment and the available waiver exams in Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Discrete Math and other information.
